But, having just looked at it, I'd say 100g tuna with 1 medium egg + 50 calories worth of salad/veg. That is if you're having 3 foodpacks in the day in addition.

On the front page - go to "Meal Planner & Weight Tracker" - (it's right under the massive dark pink bar with all the "Home - Delivery Info - Contact" information.
Click it - and you need to do a quick registration to gain access to that part of the site.
When you're logged in, you'll be on a very confusing page with boxes and numbers everywhere/ or one for your weight loss graph -
click though to 'Meal Planner' on the menu at the very top of the page. Then click on the day you want to plan on the calendar - and off you go!![]()
