    Start Weight: 16st11lb
    Current Weight: 16st11lb
    Goal Weight: 11st0lb

    Current BMI: 34.7
    Goal BMI: 22.7


    Statistics:
    Weight to Lose: 5st11lb
    % Lost 0%

    Starting today and my OH....

    Is having bacon. Oh the smell.... Its not my first time on a vlcd, but I feel like I'm in last chance saloon. In all fairness he is just using up food in the house, but oh the smell....

    sadly that didn't happen... But it does come off... Really and truly... Stick with it girl and you will be skinny in no time x
