If you're thinking about cheating on the Cambridge Diet.... just think of all that money going to waste on shakes, and how much longer you'll have to stick with them from setbacks to goal!
Lol, that is just evil! But if you resist that then you know you can get through the tough first few days!
wk 1 - 13 lb
1st goal - BMI 30
2nd goal - loose 2st by May 10th
3rd goal - BMI 25
4th goal - be a size 10
Ah its ok. I'm having a duvet day, at least he didn't ask me to make it. Been good aaaalllll morning. am I skinny yet?! x
