    Current BMI: 41.5

    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 3st7lb
    % Lost 2.81%

    Anyone doing 5 packs?

    Just wondering if anyone else is doing 5 packs and how you are managing it, what is weight loss like?

    Current BMI: 44.7
    Goal BMI: 26

    Total Weight Loss: 2st8lb
    Weight to Lose: 8st4lb
    % Lost 11.5%
    I'm over 17 stone so have decided to follow the S&S guidelines and am having either 5 meal packs a day or 4 meal packs and a 100g of Quorn a day, so far so good and I'm still losing weight by doing this. Em
