    S&S Information brochure

    Not sure if everyone is aware that S&S have now produced an information brochure about their plan. It's brilliant! It's available to view online (Slim & Save Programme Information) or to download as a pdf too - lots of faq's and other info in it, particularly useful for the newer members of our community as well as to refresh those of us who've been here for a little longer
    Pondering the future... how to get fitter... how to maintain... how to be a size 12 forever...

    Fab thanks I got an order only yesterday and wish they'd put this in there as all I got was one of the sheets from before they changed from the male/female split. (Though they did give me a free shaker and tape measure so can't really complain).

    Weeks 5-8 -15lb ​(4lb, 3lb, 3lb, 5lb)

    The direction s&s is going in is very exciting, there is much more to come from them, and I for one can't wait! Just need them to track down the perfect mac cheese and ill be one very happy noodles

    HAHA NEW RESTART - LOW CARBING!! DON'T STOP TRYING LOU! SOMETHING'LL WORK IN THE END!!

    8 April - 13'1'' reversed mini goal 0!! lol
    15 April - 12'12'' 3lbs off (including one day of carb overload!)
    22 April - too chicken to weigh after an AWOL weekend will weigh next week!!
    29 April - 12'9.2'' 2.8lbs off YAY!

    Mini Goals
    0. get back to 12'6.4'' - previous PB
    1. get to 12'4'' which is what I was the day I had DD!
    2. get to 12'1'' which is BMI OVERWEIGHT!
    3. get into the 11s
    4. get to 11'11'' which is the lowest I've been since March 2009

    5. get to 11'4'' which is what I was when started seeing hubby 10+ years ago
    6. get into the 10s
    7. get to 10'7'' which is the lowest since few months after having DD in 2006
    8. into the 9s
    9. 9'7'' - GOAL
