Is that bergamot or something rather than lemon? Still not sure where that falls as I don't know which part of the plant they use - if it's the leaf then it's fine, if its the flower, probably not. Think that's one for the s&s team, you should be able to get them on live help on the website later on this morning, there's usually someone online on a Sunday![]()

I drank black earl grey tea every day when I was on S&S and it did me no harm whatsoever :-)

I think as long as its just plain Earl grey... none of the 'with lemon...... etc' Ones!!!
