Hiya everyone, looking for some support! Into my second day and really enjoying the meal packs actually! It's the first time I've ever done anything like this diet wise before... How quickly do you see results? I'm 12st 9 and 5ft 1.... And I'm really uncomfortable with my body image! Xx
Welcome and well done. I started at 12.8 and went down to nearly 10.9 but that was a year ago and im back at 11.9 so i have about 3 stone to lose im abt 5.3 height
So u want to buddy up to help and motivate each other
Most people will have a good loss on the first week, they may have quite small losses on the 2nd and 3rd week but after that it evens out and you can lose about a stone a month.
