I'm no expert but I'm sure you can as they are basically nothing, I've tried them once but wernt to keen in them it was the texture that was strange for me but they were very filling.

On the S&S forum it says you can!
Lost 4 stone in 4 months on Exante in 2010/11 following the birth of my son. Successfully maintained until I got pregnant again in Jan 2012. Had my daughter in Sept 2012 and have 3.5 stone to lose... here we go again!

Been thinking about getting the noodles myself. Just wondering how you could flavour them. Any ideas.

I don't like the noodles. Reminded me of chewing snails. Slimey and chewy lol. I don't mind the zero rice though boiled in loads of spices drained dry fried then mixed in with a pack not to bad then. Very filling.

I think Holland & Barrett have the rice, they definitely had the noodles :-)

    Zero noodles

Ooh-the idea of the noodles didn't appeal to me, but I might give the rice a go! Am off tomorrow afternoon so I'm going to go to H+b to see if they've got any thanks for the inspiration x
13.5lbs down 31lbs to go to first goal
