Afraid I have no idea. Even if we were allowed it cheese is my great weakness and I know I wouldn't stop eating.
Unfortunately cheese isn't part of the plan-it's too high in fat and cals. Some people do add a bit at the start to help, but it's not officially allowed! If you want some, the best thing is to use the food planner on the s&s site and see what the figures are like! Also why do you mean about staying under 65cals??
I'm thinking she meant carbs.
I've heard of people having the occasional baby belle.
In terms of staying in ketosis - fine, for vlcd - it's a no-no cause it's not vlc :)
Thx girls and sorry I did mean 65g carbs lol. I checked out the calories on my fitness app and decided not to bother lol

65g carbs isnt carved in stone for a vlcd... some people are fine in ketosis up to 100g :)
I had the odd bit of low fat cheese when I Francied It on my meals now I've not as I am 100% ssing.
Its ok for the first few days to help u along into ketosis etc.
Thx Huns. I just had a craving for a cheese omlette but I didn't bother lol. Think next time I might have a little :)

How about a little sprinkle of parmesan on your omelette for a cheesy hit....?
I think she's referring to the rennet aspect of it - you can't make parmesan without it.
I use (used to!) Sainsbury's basics hard cheese which is vegetarian (cos I am one!) - it's not parmesan obviously but it's still lovely :)
Justnowillpower - you know that cottage cheese is allowed :) x
I have to admit I have cheese every now and then.... I generally try to stick to days I exercise then I know its burned off!!!
