    starting again!

    I was into day 5 of sns and going well, i weighed and had lost 8 1/2 pounds. on day 6 my daughter came down ill and we had to take her to hospital obviously the diet went out the window as was just grabbing what we could when we could, well i weighed today and i have put it all back on. this will not stop me, my daughters nearly better and i have got my packs ready to start again tomorrow, i am actually looking forward to it as i felt really good on it and cant wait to get this weight off x

    Good luck with going back on it. Don't forget that up to 6lb can be glycogen weight so although it might seem like a big gain it probably isn't really.

    Weeks 5-8 -15lb ​(4lb, 3lb, 3lb, 5lb)
    Weeks 9-10 -4lb (3lb, 1lb)
