So today is the beginning of my weight loss journey. I've been here before, but it IS different this time. I did Lighter life (my first vlcd) about 4 years ago now and lost a chunk of weight before falling pregnant with my first son. A couple of years later and the same chunk of weight re-lost on Cambridge and I fell pregnant with my second son. Well I'm defo not getting sprogged up this time! This time it's my time for me to become the woman I am underneath!
Not really worried about the mechanics of it all, just looking forward to getting into ketosis and getting on with it really. More concerned that Ill get bored and stray, but I'm doing it with my mum this time which will be fantastic support. Also the fact that I'm hoping to lose it quickly will be a motivator.
So here is to the first goal of 3 stone and 1 measly pound which will take me down to the weight I was just after I gave birth to my 2nd baby (I am a strange woman who naturally doesn't put on weight or even loses it while preggo! Shame I weirdly pile it all on while breast feeding tho) Would be really nice to reach this goal by end of May when I have a friends wedding to attend.
