Hi so my oringal plan was to low carb till friday then start s&s but now I'm thinking that if I do lipotrim for a few weeks s&s will be easier so dunno what to do now damn my over thinking mind :@ s&s seems fairly simple but do you lose more with lipotrim! So guys and girls I annoy myself aswell I over think every little thing grrrr :p
I've tried all the VLCDs and I've lost the fastest on S&S - I'd low carb until you are going to start. Or start S&S now :)

That sounds like a good plan - it will make going into ketosis easier :)
Defo low carb. Aldi have a great range of low carb frankfurters ;-). Pretty easy to get into. Order your shakes now too and you can wean yourself into them.
