    confused myself need a lil advice pleases

    Hi so my oringal plan was to low carb till friday then start s&s but now I'm thinking that if I do lipotrim for a few weeks s&s will be easier so dunno what to do now damn my over thinking mind :@ s&s seems fairly simple but do you lose more with lipotrim! So guys and girls I annoy myself aswell I over think every little thing grrrr

    I've tried all the VLCDs and I've lost the fastest on S&S - I'd low carb until you are going to start. Or start S&S now

    Thank you I don't like the sound of lipotrim to be honest lol yh think I'm gunna stay under a 100g carbs order my s&s today and start when it arrives

    Defo low carb. Aldi have a great range of low carb frankfurters ;-). Pretty easy to get into. Order your shakes now too and you can wean yourself into them.





    Started: 8/2/13 at 18 stone Slim and Save (3 packs plus low carb meal, sometimes just 4 packs)

    To get into the 15s
    To get into the 14s
    To get into the 13s
    To get into the 12s
    To get to goal (seems so far away)
