Pack choices and carbs
I am starting tomorrow and just had a question regarding which packs to have together, does everyone base their 4 packs on the carb levels on the tracker or do you just have any 4?

Generally you can just have any 4. I put mine on the meal tracker but a lot don't.
Any 4 packs-the only restriction is that you just have one bar. The tracker is really aimed at people who decide to have a protein option instead of one of their packs. Try not to over complicate the plan. Good luck x

I'm on day 1 today (hence me hanging around on here) but I have done it before - started in late February but had a planned few weeks off for mine and my partners birthdays. Lost 1 stone, put about 6 pounds back on started again today! Good luck everyone! Looking forward to seeing people's losses! :D
