    simple meal ideas?

    Hey guys

    I was just wondering if anyone has any simple meal ideas I could do with the chilli con carni, spag bol, spicy spaghetti, curry and cottage pie meal packs? As I'm not the best cook!

    Also I've heard about making brownies/cookies out the shake mix, could someone tell me how to do this please

    I make a brownie type thing out of the chocolate shake. I put just enough water in to make the shake into a thick paste. I then microwave for 45s-1min at 750. I don't really do anything with any of the others.
    Weeks 1-4 -21lb (10lb, 3lb, 5lb, 3lb)
    Weeks 5-8 -15lb ​(4lb, 3lb, 3lb, 5lb)
    Weeks 9-10 -4lb (3lb, 1lb)
    Week 11 (Re-feed)
    Total -40lb

    Lose 6 stone - 1st 2st 3st 4st 5st 6st
    Run - 5k 10k Half marathon
