Okay... so i'm not really new to S&S at all, I'm one of those annoying people that give vlcd's a bad name.... doing great on them for a while, then coming completely and massively off the wagon and putting it all back on (and in my case 8lbs more) *sighs*
I don't know if this time will be any different... right now my plan is to S&S for a while then switch to LL for more support as I get close to being 'just overweight'. I -think- my issue was in my head I knew this diet worked so kept telling myself I'd start back on Monday.... 52+ Mondays later and here I am! >.< Well that and working in the chocolate industry!
Anyhow.... I'm Nixxy, I'm 27 and have always been overweight. In the past I got close to 'normal' (3lbs away close - grr) but have never managed it. I'm addicted to carbs and scale hopping and am a future mad cat lady. I'm also kinda shy... so play nice!
Looking forward to getting to know y'all over the next few months!
Oh and.... I restarted at the start of this month, and am currently 20ishlbs down (19 on official weigh in day, 22 as of my unofficial scale hopping every morning :D )

Have you tried EFT? Emotional Freedom Technique. Maybe that can help you shift your old unhealthy behaviours while you're doing SnS :)
