Hi everyone, I have decided after much deliberation to restart slim and save after having a baby as i'm just gaining and gaining and have put on over a stone since having my daughter! Now that I am a busy mum of 4 i think slim and save is ideal for me at the moment as I have one less meal to prepare:D
I will be doing the 4 packs to start off with and will see afterwards if i want to move onto the 3 packs and a meal but last time i did the 3 packs and a meal my weightloss wasnt that much compared to how much i needed to lose so will see if i lose anymore with just the 4 packs. So far i have had the porridge and will be having the red fruits shake in a bit x
Just making sure you're not breastfeeding or a really new Mum.
You will need all your strength for you new baby but if sns is right or you, good luck darling!
