Hello everyone - I just keep jumping from forum to forum lol.
I've tried Cambridge, Atkins, Calorie counting - aaah now Slim & Save.
I'm 28 soon (November) and would love to lose 5 - 6stones by next summer. I'm currently 219.4lbs. :|
Anyway, so far so good. Love the customer support.
For breakfast I had vanilla and almond bar - this was delicious!
Lunch: I had spicy spaghetti:
One more 'meal' to go and my protein meal. Aaah. Good luck to everyone doing the diet - yikes!
