Does anyone know why we are restricted to only 200g of veg a day? And if it would really harm my weightloss if I had a little extra even though I would still be within the carb allowance?

I go over the veg allowance a couple of times a week and my personal weight loss has always been ok with it but it might be different for others? 200g is quite a lot though as it's the cooked weight!! Xx
As long as you stay within the carb allowance you should be fine. There's a tool on the SnS website which you can use.
Lost 130lbs from July 2011 to June 2012. Have been maintaining since then but now have returned to lose the extra I put on whilst trying to work out how to maintain!
Maintenance extra weight 15 lbs.
