Hi everyone, I'm under the impression it's cooked veg that gets weighed. So 200gm of anythng u cook basically right? I had broccoli onion cabbage tiny tiny bit of carrot and green pepper all stir fried with half stock cube garlic granules and frozen cilantro cube and red chilli cube. Weighed in at 190gm cooked. Does that sound ok? I feel so odd after having my meal. I think I much prefer the pkts so I know I'm not miscalculating anythng. Had my veg with bit of chicken n seekh kebab from outside so not too sure how thy cooked it :( it might have yoghurt in the marinade just don't know for sure. Guess I need to stick to home cooked stuff.

I actually checked and it is 200 grams Cooked veg. So I guess I did all right :)

Yep yep it's the cooked weights of veg and protein that counts. Seems quite a bit hey!! Xx

Yeah it sure does! But m not complaining!! :p xxx

I don't weight it after I've cooked it, but generally go on the pack weight. I use my fitness pal to keep track of my foods and measure my calories and carbs and so far it's working. I have no idea if it weighs more or less after cooking?

Eek i've been weighing pre cooking and now i think about it as am cooking in water things weigh more afterwards so am almost certainly having too much. However, when I did CD i constantly had more veg than allowed (more low low carb ones like lettuce/spinach etc) and I still had good consistent losses so don't think it is one to panic over too much :)
