    Just wanted to say it's so great being able to come on here and talk and get support motivation etc. it's brilliant. Don't think I wud be able to be as strong if it wasn't for everyone and their stories motivation experiences support etc. really feel it's helping me loads the slim n save official one is rubbish compared to this!

    Totally! Just being able to talk to people who are doing the same thing as u n know what ur going thru is a major relief.. It's like ur kinda accountable as well in a way. It keeps u on track. Thanks guys xxxx

    I find this forum a god send as people are honest and give you advice whereas when I tried an official forum and stated I had an issue rather than their admins suggesting things to help me they just told me off. I haven't bothered with their forum since instead relying on the help and advice of people who aren't paid to represent a company and between us we resolved the problem and I'm loosing again.

    Totally agree. It is such a comfort knowing that there are others out there that are experiencing the same things as me. I am still trying to find a WL plan that will suit me. I think that finding the correct plan is half the battle. I have tried so many (like most people probably) and find that sooner or later it all goes pear shaped for me (and like me come to think of it).

    You need to find one that gives you the results to keep you on track but is manageable too. Some people like the results from VLCDs but can't stick to such a hard plan, whereas others like myself find that easier as there is less temptation or risk of cocking things up by eating the wrong amount of something. If I wasn't seeing such fast results I would have probably given up long ago, but for me it's easier to stay on track if I know the scales are going down every few days.
