Hi I am really thinking of starting slim and save bit so scared of failure. Did Cambridge before bit really cannot afford it. I don't know what to do. I have 28 weeks to lose 7 stone. Really stuck. I do not want to procrastinate any longer.

Please help and thanks in advance cx

Hey Hun! Don't worry too much about starting just start and if you slip up just get right back on!
I've done Cambridge a couple of years ago OMG awful however I couldn't afford to do it again and in all fairness it made me feel blooming awful.

I'm not saying Slim and Save is a walk in the park but the fact you can eat real food and still lose weight you can't really go wrong can you.

I started a few weeks ago and I've had slip ups but still manage to maintain my 16lbs loss, with cambridge the weight went back on So quickly it was such a waste. I think with the amount of support you get on this site, the cost of the product and the weight you lose you'll be more inclined to stick with it. If you stick to the plan you can lose the 7 stones you need to lose. Good luck wishing you all the best. Xx

I have done Cambridge a few times in the past and in my opinion Slim & Save is easier and tastier. The fact that you can have a meal every day if you do 3 packs + meal is a saviour to many. I do 4 packs instead of a meal but I have the meal packs for my dinner....spag bol and spicy spaghetti which make me feel like I'm having a meal. Jump on and give it a go, the only thing you have to lose is weight xx

Hi Pink, its very possible to lose 7stones in 28 weeks, I have acheived that but it does get harder the longer you are on it. Having a strict target has really helped me, and planning breaks if you cannot avoid real food at times, such as holidays, helps you plan to get back on it straight away, I have just 11lbs to go now, started May 13th lost 7st 11lbs. HTH x

I found S&S easier than Cambridge, but you need to be mentally prepared. I didn't find the first week hard but the second one I found much tougher. Keep busy and take it hour by hour. Remember it is a choice - you can choose to do it or not. If you choose to do it, you will enjoy fast weight loss and the tempting food will still be there when you're done!

Good luck!

Hi,

Good luck with what ever diet you decide on. I did lighter life when I was 16 and did really well and was so happy with the size I was but at the time i didn't think I was smaller.

Am going to attempt to get back to that size and have 16 weeks to get as close as possible as will be going to Florida.

I hope you manage to get on track with a plan.

Good luck

X

Even if you do t do the full 7 stone in that time limit, if you are dedicated and prepared to be strict and 100% then you will at least get close and make a big dent in that target.

Before deciding on going back to S&S I've contacted my local Cambridge lady. She sent me a really hasty email saying that she MIGHT Be able to squeeze me in in her busy schedule but she can't promise anything. Huh? I thought she was meant to do this for a living. What a poor customer service?!
Anyway that reconfirmed my decision to do S&S.
The packs are tasty and filling.
To be honest once your heart is in it it's actually quite easy. I know it works for me and I wish you good luck in whatever plan you choose.
