Hi, my target is a little over 7 stone and almost reached the 5 stone mark - so still some way to go but glad I have managed to keep to the diet....

My Diary: Carb Junkie Going Cold Turkey
I had about 8-9 stone depending on where I decide to end up. I've lost 4stone 11lbs so far.
When I did it the first time in 2008 I had a target of about 10 stone in my head but was definitely thin enough (size 10 skirts and jeans) at just under 12 stone. Realise everyone is different but you might not have as much to lose as you think!
I had about 8 stone in total since having my daughter! I've lost 4 stone and 4lbs but I need another 3.7ibs -4stone off I'm a little worried about sagging skin so I'm slapping all sorts of creams on my mummy tum ha
Wow well done ladies!! You're all doing amazing! Very inspirational .. I've moly lost a stone so far so I still have a long way to go. Slightly worried about Christmas but apart from Christmas Day and my birthday I'm going to try and stick to plan as best as possible until the new year. Yes I was slightly worried about sagging skin, I've been hoping it'll bounce back haha... When did you all start to notice the weight dropping? I can't tell at all so far.
I've got a lot of weight to lose as well, 7-8 stone to be precise. I've tried loads of diets before and always failed. This time it feels different somehow. I will start slim and save in January after my family is gone again, as they will be coming over from Germany and staying with us over Christmas and New year. Maybe it is different because I have a goal besides weight loss. .. my OH and I want to try and have a baby, but first I need to lose weight. .. plus my OH will be dieting with me, which makes it so much easier.
I also have a good 8st to shift. Starting in January - it's all about damage limitation until then for me! Good luck
