Your one thing...
Someone recently recommended a book called The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results by Gary Keller. I haven't read it yet, but I've read about it, and it's about how people focus on too much which makes them stressed out and less likely to succeed.
So I got thinking. In the new year, one of my goals is to reach goal weight and maintain. So what of I had to pick just one thing that stopped me maintaining. What would it be?
I think it would be to only eat food that makes me feel good.
I am a binge eater, and so many times food has made me feel rubbish. Both mentally and physically. I mean, a few squares of chocolate makes me feel good, a whole bar makes me feel rubbish. And I feel even more rubbish when I can't fit into my jeans!
