Bit the bullet...4 weeks S&S ordered

Decided on trying S&S over Exante. Last time I did exante they didn't even do porridge, so the amount of choice on S&S was quite a treat! Hoping they taste a bit better than exante, but even if they don't- I still need to do this 100%

    No days off
    No sneaky 'treats'
Just 100% commitment to being a healthy BMI. Don't want type 2 diabetes knocking on my door but do want a pair of diesel skinny jeans.

    Wish me luck!!

Thanks, maybe we can buddy up.... I have 8 stone to lose to get me to a healthy BMI eekkkk

    I should be 120-140 pounds

    I'm nearly 259, double eekkk

    That's a whopping 119 pounds to shift.

Hence the need to start on a VLCD to make a dent on the pounds, then hopefully move to a conventional diet & exercise plan.

In all honesty, I don't think I'll ever be the 120-140 range that I 'should' be.... Think I was born at that!!! But I'm gonna aim big!! (Or should that be small?!?!)

You sound very similar weight wise to me. I did Exante but couldn't stick it for long, the packs weren't nice! Good luck on Slim and Save, you can do this!

Thanks for the encouragement. I NEED to lose the weight. It's not just about the way I look and feel (look awful & feel equally awful!) it's about being healthy for my kids. Want to be able to run around in the park playing rounders and mucking about instead of moaning about aches and pains.

Good luck with your chosen diet plan too!

Slim and save are sp much nicer- like actual milk shakes, I love them, they feel like a real treat. Good luck on your weight loss, just think one lb at a time. Take care of the pounds and the stones take care of themselves!
Loving the slim and save! How to maintain, that is the question....??

    Good luck!
I've done a few weeks of Exante a whole ago. Hated the packs!
S&S have the best choice of yummy packs so I shall be sticking with them too.
    Day 1 for me

Looks like there are a few of us with similar goals and starting points!

I've not got a diary, but I might start one... Might need it (and the support) to keep me sane on the journey.

Parcel due to be delivered tomorrow.... Glad to hear that people find S&S nicer than Exante.. Makes me feel more enthusiastic about trying the packs :-)
