    Firstly I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! Good luck to all who are setting weight loss goals, we know it is hard and are here to support you through your journey in any way we can.

    Secondly I would like to let you know we are giving Free Bars with all 7 Day, 14 Day and 28 Day Plans bought in January.

    You will get 5 bars with a 7 day plan, 10 bars with a 14 day plan and 15 bars with the 28 day plans.

    I normally refrain from bars because in the past I get too tempted and scoff them so the free bars for me will be a 'test'!! X
