    Hi all
    So im back again on the vlcd i have done Cambridge before but as this is cheaper will be doing this now i have roughly about 7-8st to lose and am determined to do it this year once and for all im sick and tired of being fat and unhappy, is anyone else starting today?

    Hello!

    I also started today and I've got about the same amount of weight to lose! I've set myself a mini goal to reach a BMI of 30 and then get into the 20s. My main motivation is that I want to buy myself a boob job for my 30th birthday in July, so i need a BMI of 30 or less before my surgeon is happy enough to do it.

    So please kick me up the bum any time I start to falter and I will do the same to you

    Jan 14 - -19.6lbs (TOTM 19 days)
    Feb 14 - -15llbs (TOTM 13 days - 6 cheat days)

    I'm doing A OK on my first day too! However I didn't get out of bed until noon and I started work at 6pm. Munching a chic orange bar and having some water. Finish at 10 and not sure what to have for my last pack of the night. Soup maybe.
