    restart tomorrow day 1?

    Ok here it goes day 1 tomorrow decided and got my 4 sachets out ready. My start weight is 14st 9lb lets do this. Gotta make sure I keep busy first week getting into ketosis as hunger goes!!
    Ill take sum before pics I think so I can look back at them and ill take them monthly so I can look back. I will no doubt be on here daily need some positive motivation sum days will be harder than others grrr. Anyone else starting tomorrow? If ur wanting a buddy to go through ur journey with let me know cause its always easier I find having buddies..

    Thanks hun and well done on ur day 3.. I will certainly be on daily too.. I also done cd before and yes this ones deffo cheaper . Keep it up we can do this im thinking new clothes and nice holiday actually uncover in summer not hide lol x

    I think we have all been there, but remember nothing good comes easy. Stay focused and keep visualising your slimmer sexier self . You can do it, just keep posting on here and read others stories for motivation. Take it hour by hour and day by day...it will get easier. Oh and keep busy if you can!

    Morning and thanks sliminside yes busy busy is what ill do. Well weighed this morning and im 14st 10lb but it is time of month so heyho onwards amd upwards cant wait for that slimmer feeling not bloated. Ive weighed out my 150ml skimmed milk allowance for my decaf teas I dont mind drinking decaf coffee blk though. Im doing 4 sachets a day 😎. Hope everyone else does well today x

    Day 2 going ok still positive drinking lots the peeing is bit annoying and I already got horrible taste in mouth cant be ketosis already surely!! Lol..
    Gotta say fella doing my damn head in though but im sticking to this rigid!! x

    Hey fay welcome on same journey I also struggled abit getting back but im so focussed now summer will come round fast! You know what I did this time round took a hidious pic of myself which I look at if I feel tempted working!! Lol x
