    Hiya, I started VLCD on NYD so has my first WI today and am 10lb down

    I have been using SetPlan and recently discovered it's the same as slim & save. I have bought a few slim and save packs from a selling page, loving the flavours so might be full time slim and saver soon!

    The box does say to make up with water but going by the carbs and research it's to be done with water
