How do you keep distracted? My other half has gone away for the week and usually I would be stuffing myself silly by now with boredom. I had to get up early and take him to the bus station so I've been on my own since 9am.
I had 2 veggie sausages for breakfast, I've done an hour of yoga, painted my nails, took off the paint, repainted my nails, did some weights,
Had a shower, drank 3 giant cups of tea and about 3 litres of water made some porridge, cleaned microwave after said porridge exploded. Ate the remaining porridge. put my hair in curlers, chopped half a swede. Made swede chips. Ate swede chips. All while watching about 8 episodes of walking dead.
I'm usually ok when I'm at work but I've got a whole week without him to distract me so I'm scared I'm gonna turn to food when bored. Interested to see how other people distract themselves
