    Lost 31 pounds in almost 4 weeks

    Hi, Started slim and save on the 6th January. Starting weight at 16 stone 10lbs, I've had a few big loses over the few weeks, and one hiccup, would like to know if there's anyone similar to me out there whos lost a large amount in a short amount of time. my goal weight is 10stone currently at 14 stone 7lbs
    week 1- lost 14lbs
    week 2 lost 4lbs
    week 3 lost 11lbs
    week 4 (few more days to go till weigh day) lost 2lbs so far

    never done a VLCD before, has anyone got to 10 stone, and how long did it take you? sorry just interested as new to all this diet malarky

    I did lighter life 8 years ago and went from 16 summit to 10 and maintained within a small margin for years until having my son 3 years ago. same type of thing , ive started again on the 6th of jan at 16 stone and its going well :0)

    That is great, but just a word of caution- quick losses can go back on really quickly too, you need the time on this diet to change your attitude to food to help you keep it off long term. Also, people often find they have a week or two with slow or no losses, but if this happens don't lose heart, just remember how much you have lost, the average is a stone a month! you have lost almost 3 months worth in one! Keep up the good work.
