    Hello guys
    Back again, taking it slow this time.
    I'm sad to say I'm at my heaviest but would love to be around 16'10 by the beginning of April.
    Which would mean I'd need to lose 3 stone 6lbs in over eight weeks.
    I'm hoping this is achievable. I've been struggling to get back on it.
    And when I see myself in the mirror I'm disgusted. At the fact I was over 4 stone lighter a few months ago.
    I love these diets but they're the devil if you don't stick at eating healthy once you come off them. I seem to put weight on so quickly after I do them.

    Hi Jujuberry... I am in exactly the same boat, back again after regaining all I lost plus a couple extra stone. It happens so easily.

    I am restarting on Monday. How are you getting on?
