Anyone doing just shakes?
Be read about this shake the weight thing! Were you just have shakes no meals, bars, milk or veg! It sounds abit extreme I did lipotrim a while back it sounds like that but I wondered if anyone on here was doing it and if so if they have noticed any difference in losses? I tend to lose more when I do simplicity but I think that's just because I actually drink more with it having the low carb meal! I know you lose the same amounts with both but wanted to know people's stories rather than an obvious statement from admin!
