Well I for down to 13.5 stone which I was happy with, put on half a stone through refeed and getting comfortable with carbs haha!

I'm doing S&S on a relaxed basis, basically having packs but also a meal, as I'm also going to the gym a lot.

I've signed up for Toughmudder 2014 in August and also want to do the London marathon in 2015.

Whilst I don't need to lose the weight, more just keep fit, these forums keep me going so I thought of stick around and support you all, and you I.

I'm doing purely packs till 28th, basically because I have no money and only packs in the house lol!
