    Lent

    I've never given anything up for lent before, but after having a months worth supply of Slim and Save products sitting in my kitchen cupboards since Christmas, (that I should have used and haven't) I have decided to give up food! And do a complete 40 days on Slim and Save. Think it will be hard as I just haven't been in the right frame of mind lately but I am determined. I know I can lose a good amount of weight between now and Easter, and the weather will be getting nicer by then, I can treat myself to a new spring wardrobe! Who's with me?!

    Good luck with it and you are right to just start if we waited for our heads to be in the magic place we'd never do it!!

    Well, I made it through the first day without caving! Day 2 today and I feel in a pretty good frame of mind at the moment! Wish me luck!
