    Exante vs slim and save

    Just wondered if anyone made the transition from exante into slim and save and were the weight loss results any different? Is there any difference in weight loss between the 3 packs and a meal and the 4 packs? Any help appreciated

    I did Exante last year, I find S & S much better, I prefer having 4 meals and tend to do Simplicity Mon-Thurs then Lifestyle at the weekend. The losses are meant to be similar 1 stone a month, but I have lost more in my first 9 weeks on S&S than I did on Exante. Would recommend the move

    Awesome, I'll keep that in mind. Thankyou for the response and well done for lasting 9 weeks!
    The flavour choices on s&s seem so much better. Can hardly stomach anything but the bars shakes and porridge on exante.

    My absolute fav is the spicy spaghetti and dark choc and coconut bar. I also like the cottage pie, chilli, curry, chicken noodle soup, choc milkshake, vanilla milkshake, caramel milkshake, cafe latte milkshake and praline bar. I didn't like the porridge or oatmeal packs but everyone is different and tastes change after a while of being on s&s sometimes (i used to love the oatmeal but hate it now) x

    I only liked the shakes with exante, really hated the soups and the bars were not really nice. You will definitely find something you like with s&s especially the bars x

    At the moment I'm having shakes bars and porridge. Have a load of meals and soup that are just gonna go to waste. Oh wells. It's harder to stick to something if it's not enjoyable! Looking forward to trying the majority of sns items. Can you tell me, quite looking forward to the chicken noodle soup, does it have peppers in it? X

    I can't remember if the chicken noodle soup had peppers in as I last had it last year but it was yummy non the less. I have some in my new order but saving it for like a treagt for the weekend x

    Ah okay, really hoping it doesn't! Will put me off straight away if it does! Taster pack should be here tomorrow. Hope it has one of everything so I can see! Dreading cottage pie and spaghetti Bol as I don't eat them on a normal day. Hate mince! Am weird with texture! I will make sure I go into it with an open mind! X

    I don't like the spag bol as i find it too tomatoey lol. The cottage pie is ok but getting bored of it. My fav spicy spag has also got the veg mince too x

    Tomatoey sounds good to me! I read somewhere that the tomato soup tastes like tinned tomato juice...I have that by itself on pasta now! Hopefully it's true! I really wish it would hurry up, should be here in the next hour...wanna start ASAP as am hungry and don't wanna start another crappy binge day! X
