    Question What to do?

    Hi All,

I had done CD briefly and thinking of doing the same but with SAS.

Is it purely the same but just going alone, different products and cheaper?

    Are the products ok?

    Thanks.

I can't speak for Cambridge products as I've never tried them but I did Lighter Life and then added some S&S stuff in for variety. The products are lovely. I like the meals more than the shakes. I preferred the LL shakes and found the S&S ones had a bit more of an aftertaste - but I have used them. The meals are surprisingly tasty, curry tastes quite fresh and herby not like a powder and the spicy spaghetti is my favourite. The bars are the best, particularly the truffa ones - I really would eat them for fun if I wasn't doing this!! Oh and the new banoffee porridge is lovely.

I do quite like the accountability of going to get weighed but I have found that this time I have got most of my motivation and support on here so it is certainly doable. Everyone is different so you need to decide if that's important to you. It's definitely cheaper.

Come back and let us know if you decide to do it.

Thanks for the info. I haven't looked at the website but I guess it has the plan there.
