Hi, I'm new and will be starting on Monday....I plan to have chicken and salad for dinner, so I thought I would post the carb content of olives and things. Can I have onions?

I think half a onion is about 4 net carbs. I love olives and red onion, so was maybe thinking a Greek salad with a little feta cheese

Youd be best checking the list on their website before you start eating the wrong things

Thanks. I tried but their page just says "error. I think best to stick to cauliflower, Broccoli, mushrooms and salad.

need to get scales somewhere tomorrow so I can weigh the right amount xx
