    Well....

...Just had my first spicy spaghetti. Wish I could say I enjoyed it, but I can't - its my fault though
I added some eat water noodles and it totally ruined the flavour of the spaghetti. I had to cook my other halve & son Chicken curry - so hard not to taste, but I managed.......I'm defo leaving the noodles out next time :-)

Feeling all funny inside, like everything is speeding up? I keep running for a wee. Don't know if this is a bad thing?...Well, I still have my shake to go tonight. I kept it to try and fill me later, so here's hoping.

Think of the hunger and speeding up feeling as the fat burning up and the weeing as getting out of your body! You will soon start to feel better. You are clearly drinking plenty of water but it really helps. A couple more days and you should get a boost of energy and the hunger will go. Keep at it and remind yourself these are the worst days and you don't want to do them again.

Keep on here and read some diaries to keep you motivated too.

Thanks Clinquant, I made fish and chips for the other halve tonight, but I managed to refraim from putting a chip in my mouth, lol....I have been so inspired by everyone on the forum, they've all done a great job!
I just realised, I haven't even given any info about myself...I'm 5ft - about 16 stone & 42 years old. I truly hope I get into the swing of this diet as the weight loss seems good. xx

How has today gone? Hope you are still with it. I found that stuff that goes in the oven and has very little messing about to it is good when cooking for other people. I then do a batch of stuff for the freezer if I'm feeling stronger and in the zone.
