    Special Rules?

    Hi All,

    Just a few questions:

    1. Why would you chose slim and save over exante?

    2. Any combinations of foods that apply or not? For example on CD: you can't have the bars until 2 weeks in and you can only have so many a day etc.

    Thanks!
    Sammy

IMO the S&S shakes are miles nicer. I prefer the fact S&S will tailor your order to exactly what you want. None of this buying 50 nonsense S&S customer service is streets ahead

You can have bars from say 1, it's far more flexible than the others but with the same results

    1. The shakes and meals and bars are soooo much nicer than on Exante. Slim and Save feels easier as a result whereas Exante was an endurance trial.
You also get a vegetable allowance which is great.
Able to pick and choose what you want to buy.
    2. I've had bars from day 1. Only thing is you're only allowed 1 bar a day.
