Hi everyone I am a total novice with VLCD diets and just found this amazing site. I started today on 3 shakes and one low carb meal, I am only having the shakes. Can you veterans out there tell me what your preferences are, do you keep the diet really simple and just have shakes or mix it up and have shakes, porridge, bars and meals to stop boredom. Really need this to work but thought would keep it simple till I get into it. Also what are the nicest shakes please. Sorry for all the questions, but only ordered few weeks supply of shakes to get me started and not sure what to order next. Love Marie x ps have around
