I was looking at giving this diet a go and thinking about purchasing some of the meals and bars and testing them out (making most of them at one go and seeing which ones I like the most) before actually going onto the diet. Anyone think this is a good idea?
I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with a few questions, I did look before asking and used my old friend google but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
1) How long after you have made the meal pack up do you have to eat it? I work long 12 hour days (8-8) so I would have to take the stuff to work. I am newish at work (been there about 12 weeks) and I have noticed everyone is so nosey about what you eat for breakfast, lunch and supper. I just don't want to explain myself every time I eat something and I don't feel comfortable enough to say I am on this diet because you get the haters that poo poo it and then the ones that want you to fail!
I was thinking I could make it up at home and pop it in a Tupperware box and then take it to work like that, then heat up in the microwave and no one would know! same with the moose and the soup would be quite easy putting it in a mug would make it look like cuppa soup?
Any ideas or input would be great,
