Which plan?

Which plan are you following and why?

Do some of you mix? Simplicity in the week and lifestyle on the weekend for example?

Thanks!

I do whatever I feel like on the day, some days all meal replacements are easier or all I can be bothered with preparing, other days it's just nice to have a proper plate of food. Last week I had lots of Lifestyle days and this week is mainly Simplicity.

The first time I did this I just had 4 packs a day but no vegetables and lost weight every week and shifted it all, but when it came to eating real food I just cried and cried and remember clearly choking the first meal down because no real food had gone past my lips in 4 months. So this time I thought I cannot have it like that so am having 3 packs and a meal and vegetables.
I am even considering 2 "proper" meals and 2 packs a day. "Proper" meals as in breakfast of 1 egg (63 cals/0.8 carbs) and 2 turkey rashers (51 calories/0.6 carbs) and then my dinner of fish/chicken and veg. I feel it will give me more normality with food.

Thanks! Have you restarted?

Yes I have restarted and I must stay strong, I did so well but this time I need to learn how to keep the weight off and not make the same mistakes. I never faltered once when on the diet, not a crumb that wasn't a pack past my lips and I am going to do it again but it is so much harder this time around I find because last time I wasn't working and now I am I struggle to eat at good times! So you have lost 2st6lbs in how many weeks?

Good for you and I hope I can achieve with you. I will start over the next bank holiday weekend so I can use that time to get over the worse. I'm reducing intake now and next week will reduce carbs and increase protein to prepare.

I'm not in a good place and haven't been for a while. I weighed 15st 9 over ten years ago and got down to 11st 9 in 2004. I maintained that weight for years until 2010 and it has been creeping up. I'm now 13st 5. The funny thing is I lost the weight as a consequence, I didn't follow a plan just happy in life. Now I'm dealing with it head on and it doesn't work.

I feel completely devastated as at least I kept the weight down those years though I didn't lose more. It feels like I have regressed at that I'm at my heaviest.

I feel desperate to be honest. I'm going away end of August and will have 16 weeks and I should be 4 stones lighter?

I would like to lose 4 stone in the same sort of time frame so lets help each other. I lost weight with weight watchers and lots of exercise years ago and kept it off but then had children and 3 fairly close together but after my third child I lost all the weight I had gained with the pregnancies and kept it off for a while until I started slowly gaining again. I got to goal in May 2011 but then huge change in our lives and gained yet again. Got to goal with Slim and Save in February 2013 but then as you can see by my statistics I have gained it all back and more : ( what a disaster I am.
