Simplicity with veg or no veg
Am hoping to start simplicity on Wednesday but I wanted to know do we have to include the veg allowance also has anyone notice a change in weight loss if you eat your veg or if you don't eat your veg x
Didn't make a huge difference to me. I did Simplicity all the way from September to Christmas then added in the veg for some meals after that and losses were similar. In some ways I found the veg helpful but it is more tempting preparing food again. Swede chips are lovely though and have been a lifesaver on many occasion and the fibre in the veg helps avoid constipation.
