Hi
It's been a while since I have been on here but just wondered if anyone actually keeps the weight off I have done this twice so far and not succeeded in keeping it off if it's stressful times that have helped me make bad choices and put me back to square one again I just needed to know any help and advice to deal with not gaining all the weight back.

3rd weigh in 17.11.13 - 3lbs
