are the shakes powder?

Hi there,
I'm currently doing Cambridge but I'm thinking of switching Cambridge nd save after my holiday as it's a bit cheaper and I don't really like my Cambridge consultant!
Just a couple of questions.
For those who have done both diets do you prefer Cambridge or S&S?
Do the shakes for s&S just come as powder form. I like the ready made cambridge shakes for work to make it easier. I don't really have anywhere at work to make up shakes.
How long after ordering does it take for delivery. Is it royal mail? Do the meals need refrigerated? Sorry for the bombardement of questions!

At the moment the shakes are powdered but hopefully ready made are coming soon.

Powdered meals sound dreadful!

The meals actually aren't too bad and I much prefer the taste of the s&s shakes and bars to cambridge. Give it a go.
