I posted a bit ago waiting for my packs!
I have them and started today... Not had my head in right frame of mind but I got up this morning with the determination I needed!
Notsure who saw my first post.
We are renewing our wedding vows in Florida on Xmas eve, and determined I am going to wear "a normal size" dress this time round....
Dress picked, not had measurements taken yet tho.....
I need to lose a minimum of 5 stone by xmas! I'm sure its do-able just by reading the super stories on here that people have achieved!!!
I do go to the gym as well so hoping that will help tone me up.
Any advice is greatly appreciated

Week 1 - 9.5lb loss
Week 2 - 4.5lb loss (1 stone in 2 weeks)
Week 3 - 3.0lb loss
Week 4 - 4.5lb loss
Week 5 - 2.5lb loss
Week 6 - 4.0lb loss (2 stone in 6 weeks)
Week 7 - 1.5lb loss
Week 8 - 3.0lb loss
