    Previous vlcd August til Xmas 2008 (4.5 stone altogether from 17.2 down to 12.7)
    Wk 1: 10lb Wk 2: 4lb Wk3: 2lb Wk 4+5: 10b! Wk 6: 3lb Wk 7: 4lb Wk 8: 2lb Week 9: 2lb Wk 10: 3lb Wk 11: 4lb Wk 12/13: +4lbs Wk 14-17: 9 Wk 18: 2 Wk 19:3

    Also did S&S in 2012 and went from 16.9 to 13.10 in 13 weeks, then came off it maintained for 6 months then it crept back on. Got pregnant, lost the baby, put on weight.

    Now determined to get back to a healthy weight. Will attempt a low carb/S&s mix
