Hello lovely people,
I need some help in explaining to my wonderful ( if totally annoying) husband that the bars are actually a 'meal' and not a snack he can have on top of his 4/5 a day soups and shakes. He doesn't seem to understand that they are a full meal, like lunch, or breakfast. Even after reading the blerbs on sns and the book of words he still feels he can have a few a day if he needs it ontop of everything else to tide him over! Loosing patience rapidly, doesn't help that he has lost 7lbs in 5 days lol!
I don't seem to be able to get through to him!
Can some clever person please 'word it' in a way he WILL understand?
