Hello lovely people,
I need some help in explaining to my wonderful ( if totally annoying) husband that the bars are actually a 'meal' and not a snack he can have on top of his 4/5 a day soups and shakes. He doesn't seem to understand that they are a full meal, like lunch, or breakfast. Even after reading the blerbs on sns and the book of words he still feels he can have a few a day if he needs it ontop of everything else to tide him over! Loosing patience rapidly, doesn't help that he has lost 7lbs in 5 days lol!
I don't seem to be able to get through to him!
Can some clever person please 'word it' in a way he WILL understand?

Quite possibly he doesnt WANT to understand? There is a wealth of information on the Slim & Save website including the FAQs, all you can do is point him in the right direction!

They are a meal yes however that bar will be better than some other over indulgence. Let him have his moment, work out more expensive however he should lose albeit slower.
Just hold yourself together... Let him have his moment he will soon realise whn weight lose slows
