    Average losses compared to other vlcd?

    Hi everyone,
    Thinking of giving s&s a go as it's much cheaper buying a months worth compared to the other vlcd! Just wondering what everyone's losses are like, have alot to lose so usually manage 1 stone month on vlcd, also what is the taste of packs compared to others ?? Xx

    Total Weight Loss: 2st4.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st8lb
    % Lost 14.87%
    I like the variation of packs I can't compare to another VLCD because I haven't done others. The taste of most I have tried so far is fine. On average when I did this last time it was a stone a month. I have nearly done a month back on S&S this time and have lost 1st 7.5lb so far but think just bigger losses being the first month. I have chosen to do 4 packs a day because it works for me for now, I do plan once I have lost another stone to maybe swap to 3 packs and 1 meal I just don't trust myself at present!

    GOAL 1 - get into the 14st section - Hooray did it in my first week
    GOAL 2 - get into the overweight BMI section -DONE 10/8/14
    GOAL 3 - get into the 13st section -DONE 10/8/14
    GOAL 4 - get into the 12st section

    Week 1 - 9.5lb loss
    Week 2 - 4.5lb loss (1 stone in 2 weeks)
    Week 3 - 3.0lb loss
    Week 4 - 4.5lb loss
    Week 5 - 2.5lb loss
    Week 6 - 4.0lb loss (2 stone in 6 weeks)
    Week 7 - 1.5lb loss
    Week 8 - 3.0lb loss

    Brill thanks for your reply! Well done your loss so far that's fab. I have done Cambridge & lighter life before but can't justify or afford them now but I lost around a stone a month on those so doesn't look like there is any difference just depends if I can have the discipline to stick with it on my own.

    When I did it last year I had fantastic losses, loved the variation in food and shakes. There is so much choice!
