Have just started back on S&S myself after a two year absence but have found changes and improvements in the actual S&S site, including an amazingly supportive forum which I hadn't known about before - so my only tip at the moment is to explore that too and try to keep to their prog 100%. At least until you feel confident enough to tweak things occasionally! Good luck!
